Overnight getaway
The property is new. However the ambiance feels such unfriendly. The bathroom is missing the space to hung stuff, very limited not a user friendly. We also got lost because the property is located hidden and no sign how to get there. The property is very nice itself but the parking is not pave yet. Very minimal amenities inside the room

This is a snobby property not user friendly
The hotel is deep inside the jungle. The pool was great however when you rinsed off it is a hand held shower. No place to put your shower head for relaxing shower. Limited space to hang towels or no place at all. They don’t have face towels. There are two of us and only give one mid small towels. This place is so minimal not an echo friendly and not a user friendly. Only one front desk and when we asked for someone to help us with the TV they never came. They’re so many lights and difficult to locate the switches to turn lights on. Shower is partly plastic wall so if you’re in the bathroom light is a nuisance. I was really disappointed with the location and the property.. this is a snob hotel. I will not return to stay here

It was nice enough on the inside, entrance of resort needs much work to give a good Resort vibe because its dull entrance kinda wanes away the excitement of having a great time. Buffet breakfast was great for a 3 star resort. Need to present ID's for all occupants or companions.

I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. We booked 4 days 3 nights here in a standard room. Although Google maps took us off-roading we finally got on track and arrived safely. It's ashame we arrived after dark as you cant truly experience the beauty of the exterior architecture at night. The bell-boys helped us unload our luggage and someone even valet parked our car for us. We went up to the lobby and the interior design was stunning. It made me wonder what the rooms and the rest of the hotel was going to be like. We got checked in right away and up to our room. My first impression upon arrival was a soothing design, minimalist yet still had everything we needed and a balcony. The bathroom was roomy and upgraded with a rain shower. There was a refrigerator but it was hidden away in the millwork just like the safe was. There was a huge bed and an extra large comfy chair and side table as well. It felt inviting and warm to me. After a good night sleep we got up to go-to our scrumptious breakfast at "The Kitchen" (please read my review about this amazing place too) and then went to go swim. Everywhere I turned I was pleasantly surprised at the interior architecture and the inviting spaces all around. The two giant infinity edge pools were awesome with a fantastic view of the beaches and islands. This place perfect

+:new gorgeous view from the room and infinity pool a great variety of breakfast and helpful staff pool and beach staff are pro private beach -: front desk staff need training forgot pass my passport and no explain anything to me I and my fd was a diff room and my room was not ready .after the day my fd checked out and the front desk staff wanted to change him the bottle of water.I am so shocked no one told me only 2 bottle of water is free per day (they put 4 bottle waters together with same brand and size) and the bar area,no any price list on there.This is my very first time the front desk staff not tell me anything about the room and what facility in the hotel and the room haven't any catalog or menu inside. no shuttle bus provide and far away from the centre.everytime needs car to go out.

Très belle étape dans les Visayas
Vue de l’exterieur ce grand édifice au milieu d’un quartier en devenir peut paraître un peu inhospitalier, mais sitôt arrivé dans le lobby : un véritable enchantement, très design, une selection de meubles et de décorations superbes, 2 grands bassins de nage à débordement, et des chambres très confortables si l’on rajoute à cela un excellent restaurant et un petit déjeuner d’une qualité rare, je ne pourrai que conseiller chaudement cet établissement, qui a été un vrai plaisir dans ce voyage aux Philippines
