shower's heater was not working, the other guests were very NOISY!!! elevator's button in the 3rd floor was not working and I had to walk on the stairwell, toilet was very difficult to flush and it has no bidet..i don't like the idea of being stamped on the wrist when I use the complementary breakfast as a way to identify that you have used it for the day. It was so hard to remove it afterwards!!!

I like the fact that it is centrally located and you can walk around. What I didn't like: Hardly any hot water at any time of the day. Called to complain, someone came and been told that there is hot water. a very very slight warm is what he called "hot water". Toilet issue: You have to hold the Flush handle for a long period of time to flushed the toilet. at 1 point, We are not able to flush the toilet. no water coming. No housekeeping attended to our room to make beds on our second day. who wants to see a unmade/messy bed when you're tired at the end of your day?
