The front desk lady initially gave us the wrong room. We had to ask for the room we paid for, until we were taken to a room that smelt like cigarettes. A man that was working there, was kind enough to switch us to a “cleaner” room.

3 Night Stay
We stayed Thursday night to Sunday morning. We were able to check in and get our keys pretty fast, but when we got the the room we noticed the bed cover was dirty and the toilet wasn’t flushing right. We asked for another room and they gave us new bed covers. Only reason I’m giving it a 3 star was because the location was good, there’s stores and gas stations around so area wasn’t sketchy.

This hotel is very noisy, the bathtub was really dirty and rusty. They were roaches. The breakfast is only coffee and waffles, and some cereal, not worth it to call it continental.

Good for the price
For the price, I’m satisfied with the room. I was in Bakersfield to visit my son and his family. Room was clean. There was noise outside (not terrible), and you could hear every time near by turned on the water. Parking lot was well lit and I saw a security guard patrolling the area. I will probably use this hotel again on my next visit.

Great experience!!!
Stayed 4 days/3 nights, it was smooth and easy. For a 2 star motel it was awesome - much nicer than most! Staff were great and very responsive, property was clean, and rooms were nicely painted (still the usual old ac/heat, tubs, etc)... It's surrounded by a huge array of shopping and eating places including a scrumptious taco truck parked right next door. And to top it all off, there weren't the typical druggies hanging around that are always overabundant at Motel 6! Overall great experience, thank you!
