Good all-inclusive experience

The recent renovations made a big difference. Everything in the room seemed new, so it was very clean overall. Service was very good. The main pool was heated - that was amazing. And it's on a nice stretch of the north-facing beach.

Party time hotel

We chose this location because it was near the ferry terminals and we wanted to experience the parties. It was fun. But, a little of the party vibe goes a long way. The beach is very nice. Pools were ok. We didn't feel this was as luxurious at other RIU locations we have stayed previously. I found the sidewalks and tile to be very slick. We never had issues getting lounge chairs and the food was good. The staff was wonderful and shows were entertaining. We didnt enjoy the drinks as much as other locations.
