Everyone from the front desk reception to the restaurant staff were very helpful, always going above and beyond - the floating breakfast was also really nice. I don’t think I could’ve chose a better place to stay in Ubud.. The property is spotless and well maintained. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious! The hospitality at this location is impeccable! No request is too big or small and they offer a free photo shoot session with 1 free photo and a free shuttle to town and back (access to the restaurants and shopping). Trust me and book this place!

Adiwana Unagi is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. The customer service was excellent from the start at check-in, right through to the very end. Each and every staff member was always happy to help and greeted us with such positive energy. The room was clean and spacious and we had our own private pool which was lovely. The main outdoor pool was great too with jungle views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with good vegetarian options. We also liked the free shuttle bus to and from Ubud centre and the daily treats left in our room. Overall it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this place.

We LOVED the all day breakfast - no need to rush or wake up early if you're not a morning person. The nasi goreng was 10/10. All the service staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. They provided first aid support for my friend who fell down on a hike, and waived the cost of laundry when our items weren't ready within 24 hours due to the weather. My only negative feedback was that the pool is tiny and we didn't get any time there because the other guests monopolised the deck chairs. Would absolutely return!

Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.
