Ideal for a stay with family or friends, we suggest you rent a cottage for 8 people in our old Savoyard farm. This fully equipped apartment is located in the northwest part of our house with private access. 10 minutes from the Carroz d'Arâches ski resort (Grand Massif area) and 40 minutes from Geneva, Annecy and Chamonix. The cottage is located in a quiet environment but close to many activities in summer and winter.
The Ferme des Cousines gîte offers pleasant and welcoming spaces to make everyone feel good. All rooms have windows with blackout curtains or shutters.
On the ground floor :
- Equipped kitchen: Fridge / Milling machine, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
- Dining room: Table 8 people
- Shower room: Shower, sink, WC
- Living room: 140cm convertible sofa, coffee table, armchairs, T.V.
Upstairs :
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140cm, 1 bed 90cm, sliding cupboards, shelves, wardrobe.

Mezzanine (access by a comfortable miller's staircase):
2 90cm beds, 1 140cm bed, storage shelves, wardrobe, desk
Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. On the day of your departure, you must remove the bed linen, place it in the baskets provided for this purpose, and put the towels used in the shower.
Garden area:
Garden table, barbecue, ping-pong table, pétanque, games for children ...
Children:
Equipment for children under 2 years old (changing table, bathtub, high chair, cot, toys ...
Household: If you do not wish to clean, we will ask you for a cleaning fee of 100 euros.
Access for travelers:
Access to housing is through the northern part of our house. The swimming pool is heated to 28 ° from May to September and is shared with the owners and visitors to the guest room if there are any. There are no time slots imposed for the pool.
Many games are available, both for adults and for children.
