Convenient and excellent airport hotel
So convenient, right in Terminal 5 -- really takes the stress out of a travel day. Loved everything, but two suggestions... 1. Bed is too hard. This used to be considered good, but other hotels have learned to make things more comfortable! 2. Lights at night -- TV lights, for example, are all-but standard, but I find them annoying, so always have to cover them with clothing. Otherwise, fantastic, and great value.

Not a bad stay
The room was a lovely size, comfortable bed with a private bathroom (underfloor heating in the bathroom) a fridge, coffee and kettle facilities, and aircon. Free toiletries as well. I really didn't like the pillows at all, would of been nice to have some other pillows that were not feather pillows - this really dampened the whole experience as i didnt sleep well with those feather pillows. Would be nice to also have some blackout curtains as the sun came in early and the room was light by 6 am. The breakfast was too expensive.
