Hotellet var fantastiskt att bo i som vanligt, men det var vårt första besök när hotellet är fullbokat. Redan första kvällen suckade serveringspersonalen i restaurang Mandel över att det kommer bli en tung helg. Det visade sig att hotellet har en extremt underdimensionerad frukostrestaurang för att ta emot alla gäster: mycket mat tog slut och fylldes inte på, och vi tvingades äta frukost i ett av de två mötesrum som man öppnade upp för att lätta på trycket.
