The staff are kind and helpful, the hotel is lovely and comfortable. The saunas, pools and hot tubs are clean and inviting. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety including vegan options. It’s a very nice 22 minute walk along the sea to the old town where there are cute shops and restaurants, especially Merisalo. Skip the expensive trolley to town and walk!

Lovely older hotel near the water. Very much enjoyed the easy walk to town, delicious breakfast buffet and spa. The property is grand and well kept but a little older. We wish they would have had air conditioning but otherwise all was great!

Nice hotel, disappointed with the pools
Really lovely hotel but the spa was a disappointment. The indoor pools were cold (27°C), I appreciate this is standard pool temperature but only really works if you’re swimming/exercising. To just lounge in, it feels cold. Most spas has at least one pool that’s at least 30+.

Not worth a money.
Stayed one night with kids.No airconditioning in rooms, everything is bit run down, breakfast was not that good. It's beautifull setting during the summer but not worth the prize. Parking was 15€/night, not a lot of money but leaves a bat taste after everything else. Will not recommend and will not use their services again.

Naantali Spa was a very pleasant visit for us. The spa itself was large and had something for everyone. A surprize when we checked in was that we were accommodated in another building than the main building on about 150m walking distance. However, the room was great and we enjoyed our stay and the walks did not cause any problem. Check-in was handled by a newly employed person and that was the only thing that did not go smoothly during this stay. We were about to get charged for a already paid room even though we told that we had already paid. Neither did we get any apology, introduction of where to find services nor welcoming words. But we quickly forgot about this experience and enjoyed our stay. Restaurants were fully booked when we checked in, but that did not bother since there are many other restaurants nearby.

Yksi yö klassisessa Naantalin kylpylässä. Perushuone kahdella erillisellä vuoteella oli hyvässä kunnossa. Pinnat oli siistit, vuoteet hieman natisi ja kylpyhuoneen oven lukitus oli hankala käyttää, se jumiutui muutaman kerran.

Kokonaisuus ihan ok. Residence huone tarpeeksi iso ja mukavat näkymät merelle. Palveluja ei ole mitoitettu ruuhka-aikoihin. Hoitoja ei saanut, eikä pöytävarauksia. Onneksi saimme annokset Tammiravintolasta mukaan huoneeseen. Pisteet ystävälliselle tarjoilijatytölle, joka tästä mahdollisuudesta kertoi. Tammikuussa kun Naantalissa on moni paikka suljettu. Kylpylässä ei päässyt ainoihin lämpimiin altaisiin, porealtaisiin, sillä lapsiperheet ja drinksujen juovat olivat valloittaneet ne, eivätkä he poistuneet sieltä. Isoissa altaissa oli tilaa, kun vesi viileähköä.

Yöllä oli meluisaa. Viereisistä huoneista kuului pölinää ja ovia paukuteltiin vielä yli puolen yön. Tyyny oli liian pehmeä eikä vaihtoehtona kiinteämpää versiota. Ravintola Le Soleil buffet suuri pettymys. Osa ruoista loppu ja vaihtoehtoja hintaan nähden todella surkeasti. Tammikellari oli hyvä!
