Centrally located.
Great service and location was excellent. Overall was happy with hotel. I only have a complain about the new year’s dinner package they offer which is quite pricey and and it’s a buffet (with not many options) and would have expected at least to include a glass of champagne or wine for the price we paid. But aside from that I would recommend this hotel, central to everything, there is a McDonalds, Burger King and super market across the street, also many restaurant options only steps away.

Really excellent staff Very helpful and pleasant. Excellent position for getting to attractions. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast included which was varied and good quality. Only request is for housekeeping to replace tea and coffee used in rooms daily as I had to go down and ask for more milk too

Overall the hotel is very nice, the only problem it was super over crowded and they did not have sufficient personnel. For example, breakfast was always with dirty tables and no vacant places, long waiting time to be seated, waiters answering they are busy cannot do anything. Your room is cleaned only after 17:00h when you are back from the excursions etc...

Ideal location for tourists
Friendly service, perfect location for visiting the city and Santa etc. Good value. Breakfast not to my taste but i found something that i could eat. I find it strange though that theres no staff on the breakfast room door to confirm you are staying at the hotel as anyone could wander in off the street, but that isn't anything that is a problem for me.

Small but clean and comfortable room. Quiet. Good bed and plenty of hot water. No tea making facilities in the room. Machine coffee available at reception for 3€. Had to pay at reception, but understaffing at reception meant a 15 minute wait.
