We stayed to go to Universal Studios. It was super convenient. It’s less than a ten minute walk to the park or they have shuttles. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and they have a Starbucks. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is awesome! The front bell boys are so welcoming and very efficient and friendly and helpful. Front desk was great as well. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a room on the 9th floor that faced Universal. The pool area is beautiful with loungers and cabanas. Walking to Universal city and Universal in 5 min or there is a free shuttle. Great for hot weather!
Hotel and staff were great, but the pool was cooooooold. We brought the kids to town for Universal Studios and wanted to enjoy a swim at the end of a long day on our feet, but we could only stay in the pool for 10-15 minutes before we had to get in the hot tub. If they kept it 5 degrees warmer, this would be a great hotel

A universal hotel stay
Great location for Universal. Friendly staff. Had an issue with the AC in our room not cooling and was fixed before our return in day 2. Breakfast was great contintental and hot buffet. Would happily stay here again.
