The good: Really friendly staff and food options at the restaurant were well above average. Didn't need to go outside the hotel for a good meal. The bad: The room smelled very musty. There were no face clothes in the bathroom. There was no fresh air (windows didn't open). When I asked if I could have 2 plates sent to my room they wanted to charge me $4. Coffee in the breakfast restaurant was terrible.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in Toronto. I stayed here the night before my wedding. I checked in at 8pm and the room was not ready. Checkin was at 3pm. When i complained i was offered parking for $35. I paid around $1000 for 2 nights and i was offered comped parking. This is insulting and an extremely poor reflection on the westin and the service they provide their customers. Its safe to say i will never stay at this or any westin hotel going forward. Upper management needs to re-evalute the tier system they use. I personally think its ridiculous and i am sure other customers would agree if they were in my situation.
