Best place to stay in Venice!
We stayed in one of the apartments. It is the nicest room we stayed at in Italy so far. We didn’t need the kitchen or living room but it was nice having all the space! Some negatives for those who read the comments- the shower is small, but it also had a bath tub which is wonderful after a long day of walking: the pillows are hard flat pancakes, but I used my blanket in a bag that I always travel with: breakfast was two doors down the lobby, but it was the best breakfast that included boiled or scrambled eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts, breads, sweets…: the noise of people rolling their luggage through the courtyard, but just deal with it, better yet wear ear plugs. The location is super! Elvis was so helpful, never got the other guys name because he looked so much lik Elvis.

From the time of checking in to checking out, this hotel was awful. When we arrived, we were standing outside waiting to be allowed access to enter. You hit the call bell outside the doors, no one answers. No one at the desk and no answer by calling them on the phone. Got to our room and it’s tiny. Definitely not like the pictures online. The room was 200 sq feet and bathroom about 40. A cruise ship room was bigger than this. The shower was missing one of the two doors needed to not let water out. The remote was missing the backing and had tape all over it and was heavily covered in dust. If you want anything like a receipt or to check out, you’ll have to walk to the sister hotel Paganelli. Breakfast hours served later than normal (7:30) so we couldn’t eat breakfast due to our 12 o’clock flight. It takes 80+ minutes to get to the airport by water bus and you have to be there early for your flight. Checking out was a nightmare as we were told when we checked in that someone would be there early to help us checkout. Nope! No answer at the door bell, no answer by calling, walked to Paganelli and door is open but no one at the front desk. Picked up the phone to call someone and no answer. 20 minutes of walking between both hotels to find a person and finally someone showed up at Paganelli to turn our keys in for Campiello. For the price we paid, we were overcharged. Go somewhere else.

Location was excellent, but the size of the room was ridiculously small. I was bumping into the walls and bed all the time. If you drop something while showering you can hardly bend to pick it up. No place to put any toiletries near the sink, no space to put your luggage except on the bed, not even anywhere on the floor
