Great location for exploring Mexico City. Easy access to the historic centre, Polanco, Condesa and Roma neighbourhoods. Free breakfast was an added bonus, I love my eggs : ) 24 hour reception with quick service

Great breakfast! Area close to Monument and Centro Histórico, just use caution. Room just ok, Bathroom shower leaked over floor due to improper door closure. Strong wi-fi.

Location was great, a few blocks from Reforma Avenue. The room was OK, comfortable and I paid a good price. The main area of opportunity is the WiFi terribly slow, difficult to conect and there was not hot water in the shower!!!... they said it takes time but is a waste of water, that's terrible.

Great location and breakfast, loud area
The location was great, not far from the metro and the bus, within walking distance to some of the main areas, can walk to Zocalo in about 25-30 minutes. Breakfast on demand by Giovanni was amazing, this man deserves great tips! While the place was clean, it didn't have an AC or a fridge and the bed was a bit hard. It was a bit annoying to request the boiler to be turned on for hot water, especially if you take late night or very early showers. Once turned on, even the cold water is very warm. The biggest issue was loud noises from outside, there are so many loud cars and motorcycles, and there is a intercity bus stop in the corner. So if you are sensitive sleeper, it will be hard to get a good night sleep.

POSITIVES -The rooms were clean and relatively bright. -Louis, the man at reception, was helpful, warm, and engaging. - they kindly stored my luggage for me while I took a short trip - the area is safe and within walking distance of many sites. -basic breakfast of fruit, coffee, eggs, and bread was available AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY -half of the time I showered, there was no hot water. - there is nearly zero sound insulation in the hotel. The walls, doors, windows are very thin and the floor material echoes every noise and amplifies it. I sleep with earplugs and ambiant noise, and I could not sleep. I ended up cancelling my additional reservations because having a good sleep is a priority for me. Unless you are a heavy sleeper or stay out very late, this is not thr place for you. If they could add a quiet hour past 22:00 or add some sort of sound insulation, I would likely book there again.
