Overall good hotel but I was told on arrival that they don’t have any accessible bathrooms even though I had messaged them earlier about my requirement. It seemed like that they don’t take that requirement seriously and did not care to inform me earlier so I could have done alternate arrangements.

Good hotel in Ruwi
We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station for service between Muscat and Dubai. We understood this hotel was not super central or near to the airport, but the hotel certainly was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Wifi generally worked well, at least on par with the internet performance in the region - decent downloads and mediocre uploads. We spent most of our time exploring Oman and didn't have much time exploring the hotel, but from what we could tell, it was a good property with good staff. Would recommend to those planning to make Ruwi a base for travel.
