Wouldn’t hesitate to book again…
Nice hotel within walking distance to the casino next door. Room was quiet, aside from interstate traffic nearby and planes due to O’hare, but none of that was bothersome to me, and we weren’t bothered by housekeeping or noise of that nature as we slept in. Sink is outside of bathroom, which I personally enjoy when traveling with friends and having to take turns. Check out time is noon, that’s always a plus! If I had to note any negatives, it would be that there’s no microwave in the room, however there is one in the lobby that you can use, where they also have a pantry of munchies and drinks for sale. Also, the parking lot has some potholes to be on the lookout for! Overall a great trip and we will definitely stay here again.

Parking situation is UNACCEPTABLE
Hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. But the parking was terrible. When we got there, there were no parking spots. This hotel sells its parking spots to airport travelers so they had taken up all the available parking. That is terrible service when you arrive at night time it’s a very nice car that you don’t want just parked in a random area. The desk clerk told us to park anywhere we could find that they would not tow any cars if they were parked in odd spaces. Our car was parked against the curb, and I mean, threw away where it could have been easily hit. This to me is a terrible disservice to the hotel guests. They should take precedence over airport, travelers who they are selling, parking to to make extra dollars.
