Absolutely stunning hotel with so many unique details. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining options were wonderful. I also loved the location- close enough to walk to the aquarium but also away from a lot of the touristy activity. We can’t wait to return!

I enjoyed the experience at this hotel--especially the experience at the spa. Did you know you can utilize the hot tubs including the steam room. And there is amazing view while you workout at the hotel gym. Does it get much better than that?

Noisy place
Stayed Saturday and Sunday Night. .Early Sunday Morning loud music coming from a tent on the property under balconies woke us up . It pounded all day until 6pm. Had to leave the property during the day to get away from the noise.

The hotel is very odd and our room required us to take two elevators to get to it. Would not recommend for anyone who cannot tolerate walking down long corridors. Very poor water pressure in the shower! The valet persons were a bit aggressive and in our faces at check in and check out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had a lovely partial ocean view. Food at Schooners was good/service great. We were allowed to go to our room an hour before check-in time with no extra charge. Great location to easily walk to main attractions on Cannery Row.

Hotel was clean and very accommodating. Staff was very nice and helpful. The new valet service was very user friendly. You are able to call for your car inside your room and the car can be there by the time you get to the lobby.
