The location and hotel installations were excellent. However, they charged for the use of the Sauna room, and the cleaning of the spa area was not good.

One of the best hotels stay. Love the cleanliness and food especially. Also enjoyed the garden around the hotel. There's also free shuttle to and fro Meguro station, so prettt convenient. The swimming pool is not free for guest though, and it's pretty expensive. Other than that, love the quietness and ambience of this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

They didn’t want to provide stays credit and never explained the reason why. Next time I might go other hotels if I pay $200-300 per night.

Cannot fault this hotel in terms of service, cleanliness. The best I’ve experienced in a long time. One negative - I would have to pay to use the gym if I wasn’t a Bonvoy member. Luckily I am however if I’d paid to use their poorly equipped gym I would not have been happy.
