The room had a great view of the Manhatten sky line from the 11th floor. The room was pretty clean, just a few little things. There were Citi bikes right across the street and it was easy to rent and bike across the bridge into town. Great breakfast room.

I don’t no how this was a 4 stars by travelers.the hotel is okay and room.but it dirty dirty hair all through the bathroom n bedding.the hotel has funny smell and the rooms.area is crazy next to a lot a lot of auto cars n mechanics just troubled .staff was okay.

Location is good. It is nearby a subway station and it takes only two stops to Manhattan. Some of the staff in the front desk need to be in training. They hardly greet or smile. They give also different information about a specific subject regarding the hotel.

Wasn’t really a good area, although we had a nice view of the city, area was dirty, do not recommend for families, the phone is only for pictures, it doesn’t work and didn’t even have a cord attached to it. Walls were beat up, didn’t even get room service for toothbrushes for 300$ a night. Easy check out and check in though
