Location was terrific. Hotel favors needs of tour groups staying there over needs of individual travelers. Breakfast was a disaster due to large tour groups taking over space preventing staff from attending to other travelers. Not enough waitstaff to maintain buffet, bring coffee, etc. Rooms were noisy making it difficult to get a good night sleep. Outdoor deck on top floor was pleasant when it was available.

The Hotel is a great location near the Rialto bridge about 5min walk from the water bus stop. If you want a Gondola there was one that picked up next to the Hotel The room was as described and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature The bed was comfortable and everything about the room was of a high standard We used the roof bar that had great views and a good place for pre dinner drinks Breakfast was the only disappointment as getting a coffee was a challenge and arrived after we had eaten on both days, however a minor niggle We would definitely recommend this hotel

Our room was beautiful and so welcoming! It was much larger than we anticipated and the bathroom was so spacious! this is a small hotel, but the interior is completely renovated with modern styles, including hard-floor, nice liens, mattress. The room is well decorated, and staff are well dressed. It's a very clean hotel. The breakfast is excellent with nice vegetables (cooked spinach or green beans), smoked salmons and many choices. The location is close to Rialto Bridge (4 mins walk), and St, Marks (10 mins walk). Nice shops and stores around the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very close to st marks square & rialto bridge. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly. We had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant as it was raining. The food was delicious. There is also a roof top bar which was lovely in the evening.
