The PM Front Desk could be more Hospitable. The property sits in a very busy intersection. It is close to various dining places. Rooms are updated. Bathroom needs updating. The outside property needs more TLC and clealiness.

Disappointment 😞
Upon entering the room noticed that a light bulb was missing next to the bed and the bathroom fan was not working. Also there was no ice bucket in the room. Also the stair landing light was not working on tje second floor and the exit sign on the 3rd floor was ripped off of the wall. On Sunday morning we were abruptly awoken to the fire alarm thay had been pulled as a hoax. I fwlt thay we should have been allowed to sleep in a bit and allowed to leave at 1230pm. Also the beakfast bar was closed by 9am instead of 930am.

Don’t Stay Here!!!
Where do I start. There was a crack head lady walking around 5 door down on the “phone” cussing extremely loud for an hour. Homeless people all around. Someone using the washer or dryer at 2:00 in the morning (literally sounded like coke cans tumbling!). People arguing around 3:00 am loud! And finally the air conditioning unit did not work. At first it cooled then shut off when it reached temperature. When started up again it blew very HOT air. Had to turn it off. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Got very little sleep. Would love a refund but doubt that will happen.

Super cold shower NO HOT WATER
No hot water in the shower only the sink called front desk, they sent housekeeping to room to check water, she looked at me and said “the water is hot” so I had to show her the difference between HOT and LUKE WARM!! I said to her it’s not warm enough to give a baby a bath!! She agreed and left the room and nothing was resolved not even a discount on room or even a sorry!!!

The staff was great and were very attentive to a concern I had and immediately addressed it. Room was clean and comfortable but a little noisy because close to freeway. The area and some of the longer term clientele seemed a bit sketchy. Single women if you’re traveling alone, stay in a room closer to the lobby - the rooms on the backside of the hotel might be quieter but I did not feel safe and requested a less secluded room. Lobby is starting to look rundown and is in need of a remodel. I didn’t really eat the free breakfast but the coffee provided was great!

wouldn’t recommend unless you have no options
we needed a place we could stay off the 5 between oregon and los angeles and this was one of the few places that took multiple dogs and had a lower pet fee of $25. the place has been updated, new floors and furniture etc. still pretty bare and basic and stucco ceiling. can’t paint over everything i guess. not sure the floors had been vacuumed or mopped at all. definitely other people’s hair on the floor and in the bedding. dried dog pee on the bathroom door and on the edge of the desk, couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air/fan until the next morning we found the thermostat hidden behind a lamp shade. bedding was very uhhh lite, just a thin sheet over a thin comforter and three tiny pillows for the king bed. frankly i slept in my outside clothes like I was camping. there was quite a bit of activity in the parking lot, cars coming in and out, one vehicle was being jumpstarted by another. not sure if they were guests or just staging in the parking lot but it didn’t feel very safe. lots of folks hanging out on the balconies smoking.

Staff did not initially give me a parking pass, stated it wasn’t necessary. Also he was not very friendly and made me wait 5 minutes so he could reply to a text. We got to our room and it seemed someone was in there since the top was locked but the key worked. When we went downstairs someone was at the desk saying they walked in on someone in their room with the key they were given. So I fully believe someone was also in the room we were initially given. The second time I went to the office is when I was told we DO need a parking pass. The space was also not the cleanest. The showers look like they’ve never been cleaned properly and the floors tracked dirt.
