A delightful and cosy house with breath-taking lake views. La Madonnina Number Two apartment is part of a two-flat residence in an elevated area of Moltrasio, a picturesque village on Lake Como, Italy.
This one-bedroom airy flat is on two levels: a welcoming and very comfortable open living area, with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom, and a mezzanine furnished with a comfy double bed and chests of drawers.
The living area features two very large windows overlooking the lake, it offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table with four bright green chairs and white sofas (one double sofa-bed) for relaxing by the windows with a great view.
The flat is perfect for up to four guests seeking a secluded retreat but in a strategic location. The flat is in fact only a short walk to the village restaurants and lido and a 15-minute drive or boat-ride away from the lively city of Como, an Italian town offering plenty of things to do and see.
Due to the structure of the house with the open staircase, the flat is not suitable for small children.
