Nice hotel, the WiFi was not so great and the beds were a bit hard but the staff were amazing. We loved the view and the pool.

Great location - beautiful lake views, easy to catch ferries across to other towns on the lake, easy walk to multiple great restaurants (Luganos and Divino 13!), easy free parking 5-10 min walk up the street. Nice large sized room and bathroom, with amazing view of lake from bed. Downside was terrible flat pillows, and not any extra pillows in room which may have helped plus would have been nice to prop up on for watching tv or just taking in the view from bed when raining. Also very noisy - timber floors so could hear every movement of those in room/floor above.

This charming hotel is right on the water and has connecting restaurant. The room was small but perfectly fine for two. The view was amazing. Staff were helpful in getting us a taxi. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

The views from the balcony are some of the best on the lake. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodated all of our requests. The pool is clean and surrounding area offers a great place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

We loved the location of your hotel. We were with a group of 7 so there were 4 rooms reserved between the 7 of us. We were extremely disappointed that we were the only one of the group that did not have a balcony. Other than this aspect we were relatively pleased with our stay.

Fabulous location right on the Lake! Lovely air conditioned room. Our room has a wonderful terrace to sit and take in the beautiful vistas. It is very quiet at night, and beds were comfortable.

This place is all about the location and view. We stayed in a top floor room which are badly in need of an update. The two ladies on reception are very polite and helpful.
