Nice Little Mountain Reaort
While the resort is older, it is never the less well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our limited Japanese. The dinner and onsen experience are amazing! I would highly recommend going again!

The hotel itself was big and the room was quite roomy and clean, however there was no security safe box. The dinner was with buffet style and plenty of selection especially the famous Japanese beef steak was delicious! The only downside was there were kids next room making lots of noise all night that hotel staff should taken some action to alert family with children to keep quiet after passed bed time.

Reasonable price but you got what you paid for. Would rather spend a bit more and take a better conditions resort.

Great overal experience. Very good onsen!
The hotel is a bit outdated, however as a package it was a great experience. The onsen is great (hot and cold bath) with an outdoor bath with forest view. If the dining room looks like nothing much, the buffet is of very good quality. The swimming pool had been drained for winter, so no comment on it. For a family trip, it has been one of the best experience. It did not look that luxurious but it felt very good. That was all we needed!

Hotel in the mountain
The location of the hotel is little far from city because it is located in the mountain wherein it is surrounded by trees. We loved it though because of the green nature. The room is big but was surprised there was no shower room only toilet and powd er room but it’s ok too because we did shower and hot bath at the big onsen which they have. The worst thing they have is the bed, it’s old and caused pain our b body especially our back which means we could not sleep and rest well. But the food is great and their specialty was the teppanyaki, black curry and the beef stew, really delicious.
