The room did not have air conditioning just heat. The room was 79 degrees and we were told at the front desk that the air is shut off and all the rooms only have heat. We were unable to control the heat so it was much too hot.

Our go-to hotel when going to UBS Arena
This is a great option when you have an event at UNS Arena. Valet and front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bad was sooo comfortable. Within walking distance of the train station and different shops and restaurants. Morning breakfast was excellent with different choices.

I came with my family of 5 from Orlando, FL for Christmas. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. We had breakfast every single morning.
