Nice hotel in the middle of Khao san road. Got a room over the music but nice lady in the reseption let me had another room so i got to sleep. Nice bed and size of the room. Good shower with always hot water. Pool in the top was awsome and a good place to be in day time. Will recommed This hotel and will stay there again if i go back.

Great location. In the middle of it all.
Checkin staff were good but on checkout they neglected to return the cash deposit and apon realising I needed to return and get it back. The place was dirty, as in not ever cleaned properly dirty. Ok the place is old as the name says, Dang Derm translates to Old Place, and it’s in need of a refurbishment but grime on the floor from not being mopped is unacceptable. Then there’s the water in the shower, hot then cold, hot, cold, extremely hot then cold. Not recommended.

This is in the center of nightlife. If you don't want to struggle with traffic and taxi$ at the end of the night, just stay here. Good price, large rooms, AC, a pool with a bar on the roof. It's a very friendly, safe place.
