Great experience checking in , very friendly staff . I did have a problem in my room with the shower but with one call less than 5 minutes staff got me and my family a new room . I have no complaints room was clean and we had a good stay .

Make sure you dont lose your id a few moments before because they will not let you get the room even if your name isnt the one on the booking! If you paid for it they will not care they will still charge you 20 dollars for a parking pass even if you were there for less than 5 minutes! Even explained about losing ID and the lady Genesis did not care at all and was really rude

I enjoyed my stay it was clean and the hotel was nice the only thing I wish the cups were paper with they were plastic or glass and would be nice if there was a soap dispenser in the shower rather than plastic bottles otherwise everything was nice
