Fantastic and comfortable stay. Humble House is in a great location with shopping and dining right outside your door. Area is near Taipei 101 and all the shopping malls and tons of food options. Two metro lines within a few blocks and only a few stops to the Taipei Main station. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and comfortable. The location is an ideal as you can find many shopping and food around it. The subway is also within short walking distance and it just 4 station to Taipei train station where it connect the airport express train. The breakfast buffet spread to me is not excellent but ok for me for the price I paid. However, if it charge US50 per pax, I think you can get cheaper one from the nearby food court. Hopefully they don’t increase the rate if more ppl staying. Btw, the room equipped with a very good external speakers for the TV and it provide free movies channel. Also a very good pool that over see 101.

Staff is rude

The staff in general is quite rude. Especially the young staff at the counter of the restaurant when I go for breakfast. The aura of the front desk is also not very nice.

The staff!!! So thoughtful and helpful. I didn't write down the name of the woman who helped us but she was amazing. I think it was Chih Hsuan (something with 2 names). I had them call places to make dinner reservations, including a Michelin guide restaurant. They came through and updated me with a little note next to my door when I got back! Location - right next to the MRT. If you're traveling in Taipei USE the MRT. It's incredible. Coming from the US, I'm used to paying $10-15 to go anywhere. It's easy to use and so convenient when it's right there. The area around is also popping at night so you can go outside, grab some food nearby, etc. The service - I guess this goes back to the first item, but we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay and they were able to make that experience super smooth. It was also my birthday so they left me this cute little towel tower with a birthday hat. I didn't tell them but they noticed it on my passport Overall - a really great stay. If you're a foreigner, I recommend staying here because most if not all of the staff there spoke English and it's a really good location to shop, eat, and hang out!
