The room was overall really nice the only thing was the bed was a little springy and uncomfortable and kind of sunk in on one side of the bed so you were falling off a little bit but it was okay. The kitchenette was nice to have for Christmas Day breakfast. Overall we would go back here.

Bed was soft with the telltale sign that it is old as I slept in a valley. A pretty basic stay for one night while passing through Radium Hot Springs. It got down to 0°C overnight and unfortunately the electric room baseboard heating, even when turned up all the way didn't heat up the room. At 6:00 AM we turned on the 2 burner hotplate that was in the kitchenette to warm up the hotel room. We did however get to park directly in front of our ground floor room, which was convenient. The shower (only) was newly referbished and the hot water was welcomed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the motel is dated. Two days after checkout I am still waiting to see the $100.00 additional charge refunded to my credit card. When questioned about the extra charge at the front desk at check-in, the attendant said it was policy and added for incidentals, and it would be refunded upon check out. Yet to see it?
