Once we got to our room, everything was fine; accessing the entrance was a bit of a problem though. We had received a room number and PIN, and were instructed to use these numbers for access. To the right of the exterior door, there was a touch screen that beckoned us to enter this information, but it did not allow access. Only later did we notice the other tiny (5cmx5cm) PIN pad with the checkmark that was missing from the touch screen. There were two similar PIN pads that followed: one on the 2nd floor and one just outside our room. After that misunderstanding, all was well. The bed was extremely comfortable but every few minutes a low rumble from a tram was audible...this did not interfere with sleep since we imagined it as the distant rumble of thunder. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all kitchen necessities. The location was central and close to the train station; unfortunately, just a block down the street was where a few drug addicts occupied the sidewalk. We enjoyed numa Hallen.
