Will stay again!
This was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. Free Valet parking was a nice unexpected perk. The room was immaculate. Every staff member we met was friendly, and greeted us with a smile. Best Hotel pillows! I love how it was one stop shop. We went there for a show. We had dinner, played a few games, and then went to our room. In the winter, where traveling is more difficult, it was wonderful.

“We don’t do Late Check Out”
The trip started with a cold start checking in. It felt like no one really wanted to be there, and it was a slow Tues. We shook off that greeting, and had a great time enjoying our room. We have had it before, and enjoy returning. Our favourite Resturant was closed for renovation, so to the Buffet. I enjoyed the meal until dessert when there was a fruit fly in my Jello. Rosemary our server was a true delight, and smoothed things. Again, things happen- I didn’t let it ruin the night. We made our donations to the slots, and went back up to the room. Typically, we would have breakfast at Three Sisters, but being closed, we chose to get breakfast in town. It took longer than expected, so my wife called down to ask about a little extension to the check out time. The woman who answered was noticeable frazzled. When my wife asked, the receptionist said “We don’t do that here- and if you stay, it’s $150”. Wife rushed to pre pack the room while I rushed with breakfast. I left the food in the car, and hurried up the elevator. Packed, and to the concierge. The Shift Manager waved after ignoring me in line for several minutes. Asked, “how was everything?” I told her great until about 5 minutes ago. No response. “All set.” I said Thank you so much. No retort. Sad bookends to our stay. We love the resort, and come as often as possible- splurging when we can for this corner suite. Unfortunate that the 1st and last interactions were so cold, and with the Shift Manager? Embarrassing.

Place was awesome, not a fan of the smoking in hotel but other than that it was great, we had dinner at La Cascata and the food was amazing, the Chef came out and was a really cool guy, highly recommend this place to eat, the casino is good, has all the slots and a game book with some tables, it’s a great place to visit, also we had the room with hot tub with all the windows, it’s a cool room

Very nice room, decent service, good food.
Tried to check in at 8pm and our room was not ready. They asked we return to the front desk in 30 minutes. We wasted time in the bar and casino but had to drag our bags around with us. It was 8 degrees outside so we did not want to head back out. However, the room was amazing, very clean and had a great view of the river and a sliver of the falls. We got a great black friday deal on the best room available. We could not figure out how to turn the light off over the in-room jacuzzi tub. This would be annoying to sleep with the light on. Overall, good experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rude customer service!
Pathetic and very rude customer service! We had issues with our room, and I get they were sold out, so we couldnt move. Fine. But the way the manager handled it was completely unacceptable. She kept saying I need to go through hotels.com to request a room change. Doesnt work that way. Once checked in, we are the hotel's responsibility, not yours. We never had this problem before and always booked through hotels.com. Whenever we had room issues, the hotel would take care of it. In fact, when I insisted that they are responsible the manager literally said "you are stuck there..this conversation is over" and abruptly hung uo the phone. You do not do that as a manager. I will NOT recommend this hotel to ANYBODY!!
