I booked a room with a 'sofa'. Did not get it. Paid for it. Did not get it. Desk clerk was lovely, tried to help all he could, but alas, no room with sofa. Room was SMALL!!! For two adult men. Bed was mushy. Okay, but soft. Sheets clean, bathroom clean, all staff lovely and friendly and helpful. But a real let down as far as what I got for what I paid for. Will be writing to Hampton Inn and Suites for refund and will not use Expedia again. Second time my reservation has been wrong with this company. Nada mas. i'm over it. Up your game.
