Not worth it

The room was not worth the price and did not look like pictures. Room had a pungent odor when I closed the front door I noticed several holes near the bottom that critters could enter through. One was large enough for a mouse or even small rat. Bathtub felt gross and slimy. Overall not a clean feeling at all.
