One of the worst hotel visits ever - especially for the brand & price! Assoc that checked us in was friendly -that's where anything good ends. Called ahead asking for crib in room on arrival (as it was late evening & getting the toddler to bed was priority)-told they were out of any crib-like item. Asked for additional bedding to make a sofa bed work for a 1 yr old. At check-in learned our "suite" was on the atrium & the live music would be going until 10pm - the assoc brought this up to me & then said there wasn't another cleaned suite avail, but if it really becomes a problem to call & he'd see if they can speed up cleaning another room. Couldn't get any service at either restaurant/bar to take something to the room (overheard others on hold for room service for 90 min, finally put their kids to bed & walking downstairs to get service). Got to room-the "suite" was a giant conference table with a sofa bed & the actual bed on the other side of a half wall (not what I expect for a suite!). Tried to drown out blaring music with white noise machine- walls were paper thin. after 45 min, still no luggage, got thru on phone to confirm no ETA on delivery of it, so dragged the toddler back thru the hotel to haul our luggage ourselves & attempt to put him to bed. Midway thru trying to get him to sleep, knock at the door with the rollaway bed (we didn't order), then phone rings 5 min later & hangs up-all what you want at 10pm!. More than 2 hrs of issues from arrival-left ASAP in the AM
