I would recommend waiting to stay at this facility since they are currently doing construction. Even on the weekend, construction workers were working by our room which was very loud. Another problem we encountered was this place is not very ADA friendly. My mom being in a wheelchair, there was onoy 1 elevator that I was aware of, otherwise it’s stairs, also there were only 2 handicap parking spaces.

This is our second stay at this property. We would stay every year but they’re typically booked! You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. The employees are very kind, helpful and are willing to do whatever they can to make your stay better. This will forever be our first choice when visiting San Diego.

Carlsbad family Vacation
We had an amazing stay at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. The two bedroom option made it very comfortable for our family of four. Our two kids enjoyed having their own space and bathroom, while still being close. The pools were heated just enough to take the chill off, but weren’t too hot. We had fun at the arcades, enjoyed the fire pits, and playing around the property. Service was excellent, and the sunset views were incredible from the pools. On Sunday, they had live music and opened the adult-only pool up to everyone to enjoy a bbq, music, and the pool! They were some of the best BBQ burgers! The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, and the quick drives to the Carlsbad Outlets and restaurants made getting around easy. We were sad to leave, but we plan on coming back!

Very nice condo off the beach. Kitchen amenities were great. The only downside was the few outdated things (loose sink faucet and shower head), thin walls, and the power outage due to construction. Otherwise, the room was spacious and felt like home.
