Awesome Spot
Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a small parking garage below the building with an elevator. The water comes out hot, and I really liked the shampoo/conditioner. We are only staying one night, so it checks all the boxes for us. The only thing is I wish the bed was a little softer but that’s most hotels.

Convenient for flying in and out of San Francisco
We needed a place to stay the night before an early flight out of San Francisco. This was very convenient as we had to drop off a rental car the night before. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient but very full. I think a second shuttle or in larger one would’ve been helpful. The shuttle stop at multiple hotel. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room and shower.

Nice but the not worth the price
The area is a little shady, and breakfast was very basic. The hotel is overpriced compared to the service and area. The good thing is that they provide free shuttle service to and from the Airport and free on-site parking.

Go Lions!!!
Came into town to watch the Lions play the SF 49ers and was only going to be into town for an overnight stay. Everything was smooth from the check-in, the sleep and the check out. Can't complain, would stay here again if I was going to have another quick trip.

We arrived late in the day and we missed the first entrance to parking. Since we had to park before checkin in it was awkward orientation of the checkin process.Accomodations and simplicity of decor approved. The shutters were an excellent idea.
