Need to clean a little better
The front desk person was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The problem I have is regarding cleanliness. There was a pubic hair in the bathtub, long hair on the floor near the toilet and near the sink (which is not attached to the bathroom. Makes me feel gross about the whole stay.

There were bed bugs on both bed! The room smelt moldy and the bed sheet was dirty! I spoke with the front desk and didn’t want to moved me and she don’t want to go check the room for herself! Eventually she moved my family and I into a different room. The room the bathroom ceiling was molded. You can smell it when you got in and still front desk woman didn’t care.

There was a man with a fairly large dog staying on the 4th floor with me and the dog was vicious trying to come at me every time I was near the dog & man. The man didn’t seem too concerned that his dog was scaring me or anyone else. The front desk did nothing even though the man & his dog came inside and were in the common area. Plus whoever cleaned my room and the hotel used a pine scented cleaner and I am highly allergic to everything ‘pine’! I have never been in a hotel that used any kind of pine cleaner. My allergies were horrible the whole time I was there. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Do Not stay, low quality
Honestly I don’t do these surveys but this was just bad. The quality of the rooms were not what the La qenita used to hold them selves to. Upon arriving the hall way smell of nothing but weed. One of our two rooms had a non-functioning air conditioner, when we went to go talk to staff they didn’t want to help us out, that we needed to wait till the next day at 10am for a maintenance man, we asked for another room they refused because they were “fully book”. We started asking for the manager there was no manager in charger and wouldn’t be in till the next day at 9am. We ask to cancel and get refunded for that room, he then start to say they had one more room available and gave us a new room. When we entered new room it smelled like wet carpet but at least the air conditioner works. After a day of staying there we started to notice roaches in the new room. In room two door locks were broken, remotes missing covers, mildew in the bathroom, stains on the wall ,and the cleaning lady kept bothering us asking we when were gonna leave the room because she needed to clean it, after we had said we didn’t need her to clean it.
