The hotel charged us extra fees for parking and breakfast. We stayed for three nights, but they billed us for parking for five times, double charged each day after the first day. My son went to breakfast, but we decided to eat out instead. He informed the cashier that he did not eat breakfast, yet we were still charged for his meal. While driving to the airport, we had to turn back to resolve these billing issues, and they admitted that there were errors in the charges. We travel frequently, and this was my first negative experience with a resort vacation because I felt I couldn't trust them. As a result, I had to check the bill line by line. The hotel did not provide a worry-free experience during our stay.
