Convenient stsy at the airport
Had asked for a room w 2 separate beds. Someone csme to separate the dpuble bed into 2 but thst wasn't quite what we, 2 friends, had in mind. Also, the better restaurant was closed because of illness and the food wasnt that great in the other one. The waiter, however, was very charming and helpful.

Beautiful suite, lovely breakfast, comfortable roo
Comfortable, luxurious room needs more lighting. We had a beautiful room, very comfortable very luxurious. It was nice to have a $10 voucher for a free drink as we checked in to our VIP suite. The only issue we had was trying to figure out lighting which light switch wood to which light. There were a number of bulbs that were either burnt out or not bright enough to light the room.

Pleasant stay
Very good airport hotel. Shuttle bus is convenient to commute from Frankfurt airport arrival to hotel back and fro. Porter service is friendly and helpful. Grateful to their kind assistance as I have a lot of luggages. Complimentary 2 bottles of high quality mineral water is much appreciated. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the young lady who helped to tag my luggage for stowage. Food at the lobby bar is worth a mention. Tried the carrot and ginger soup which is surprisingly very delicious and stomach warming for the cold temperature. Not overly salted and has its authentic carrot and ginger flavour. The fried chicken wings is also well seasoned and fried to perfection. Will not forget this discovery. My big compliment to the chef. I will return for the soup and chicken wings:) And of course to this hotel again for future stop over. Thank you to all the staff that has been kind and helpful to me. Take care.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this fine facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in Frankfurt. Living off their laurels.
This used to be a nice hotel. Their was mold in the shower. If you count on getting Netflix and the like, book a different hotel. Their chromecast did not work and both receptionists as well as the conserge were incapable of helping. Minimal bathroom items. A poorly made burger cost $27. Very disappointing all around.

My final lodging after a month on the road and oh, so grateful for the soft landing and easy welcome. Straight-forward customer service, spacious, clean room, and quiet. Everything you could need for a stay... Close to airport. Great airport service. Business center. Nordic spa area with pool. Essentials. A simple, welcoming restaurant in main area, another off to one side. I would definitely go back.
