One of the worst experiences I’ve had in Vegas in nearly 30 years. The customer service we needed between security and management was nearly nonexistent, and nobody wanted to step up and help us. We had constant excessive noise with the guests in the next room that lasted throughout the entire night, pushing through till wee hours of the morning. After calling security and going to front desk collectively 5 times, security would not take the initiative to control the situation or do anything about the noise and belligerent partying claiming that “this is a party city and we can’t make bad people become decent.” if those people couldn’t afford to get a suite for their shenanigans, then they shouldn’t be in Vegas. At the very minimum if they can’t afford to go downstairs to the casino or a bar to carry on their partying games, they definitely should not be in Vegas. Past midnight people want to sleep. Yes, Vegas is for partying, but there’s millions of other places besides their tiny guest room. Many guests are there on business, as we were. And shame on the management for continuing to put up the hand to me, and give it to some other department. Nobody took accountability for guest satisfaction. I spent two days and two nights Looking for somebody to manage the situation properly and nobody did. Horrible experience, will never give another dollar to this hotel ever again. Housekeeping and room condition: great. That’s all that was good.
