    A tourist in my own city

    Due to covid19 and travel restrictions, we did a staycation and was totally glad to choose this hotel. The venue is very accessible to many good food and cinema for late night movie! I feel like a tourist in my own city, exploring the famous food around the hotel. The check in and out service were very smooth, with hellful and cheerful staff.

    Not responsible hotel and service

    Terrible,this hotel is irresponsible as when we check in they told us they had changed our hotel to another hotel which we do not received any notification and nobody inform us. We get a shock when we check in and the hotel staff also didn’t clarify when they changed our hotel without notify us and straight away call a car to send us to another hotel. They never care about our feeling and seek for our opinion. This is our first time to encounter such irresponsible hotel, and we really disappointed about this so call 4 star hotel service. We booked their hotel was due to the good location nearby mrt but they changed us to another hotel which location was not near mrt. They don’t even apologize for this. We really dissatisfy for this hotel n their customer service.

    The bedsheets are rough and of the lowest quality. The whole hotel is catered towards Indian travellers and 90% of the crowd are Indians. Even the breakfast are catered towards them. I will never stay here again,

    Not sure about the sky loft

    We received a complimentary upgrade to the sky loft, to our delight. It was unique for a hotel room which had the bed on the upper level. But having to go up and down the stairs every time we needed to go to the bathroom was such an inconvenience. The upstairs is also really only for sleeping and watching TV in bed. We’d really rather have the “normal” room.

    Loft Stay

    Pro: I was upgraded to a loft. Yes, since it was our anniversary, we loved the room. Con: There was a single bed set up & left at the sofa area which was restricting our space. Recep called to enquire hw was my room & I mentioned abt the additional single bed that was set up & she said this loft room accomodates for 3 pax thus the bed was left there.
