This is a great alternative to the big hotels on International Drive. Walking distance to the Convention Ctr and plenty good for a few nights.

You get what you pay for.
Fire alarm went off 3 different nights around 1 AM. Was told first that a shower set off the alarm. Than I was told some one was pulling the alarm. No cameras to see whom was doing this no cameras in the parking lot. The fixtures are legitimately rusting. The “cable” TV froze up every 3 mins for a minute making it to where I just watched tv on my laptop. The furniture is falling apart there was a drawer face hanging off that I caught my leg on several times. I did not want to use the ironing boards or irons as when I got there I saw them sitting outside of the rooms for most of the day. The AC unit buttons are missing what they do. Luckily I was in Orlando for an air conditioning conference so I could figure out the settings. Where it says there is supposed to be a vending machine it has a sign saying must go to the lobby. While the location is nice for where is was attending the over all quality was lacking. The hotel can verify this room. Should have spent the extra 30 dollars a night to stay at one of the other hotels.

Not a very good place to stay
The hotel smelled like mildew and old water when we walked it! There was water damage everywhere. The sink leaked all over our suitcase the shower was leaking on the floor and thru the wall. It sounded like a freight train outside of our door at 6:00 am because of that cleaning ladies because we were outside of their station!! The fire alarm went off twice in the cuddle of the night! The floor was BERY. Dirty not to mention the was falling down and they had packing tape trying to hold it up and there was molding and mildew on the curtain! The rust over the bath door was crazy! The mold and darkness of the bathroom around the edges the floor dish should’ve never even been available to rent. The furniture was completely falling apart due to the water leak that they had in the room.

Acceptable for a quick business trip
The room was decently clean. It was an end room and that made for a very quiet, restful night. The front desk folks were friendly and parking is easy. It's an older mid-level hotel and you get what you pay for, so nothing was unexpected there. For a single overnight for a conference, I didn't have any problem with it.

Great quiet location especially for work stay
Staff was excellent! So kind and always helpful. Appreciate all the help. Only thing that was missing was tissue paper in the bathroom. Everything was clean and the close by as far as restaurants, convention center, and a drug store.

Floor was sticky. Trash was not emptied on 1/20. It was convenient to business meeting at OCCC. It was very noisy at night (I. E. Walls are thin and can hear sounds from the highway). Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and linens were clean. Good value for convenience and closeness to the Convention Center. Check in and check out were seamless and quick.
