This hotel is about 100m from Taipei airport mrt station. The rooms are quite big and clean. The first to third levels belo g to the hotel. Reception staff are usually not at the counter.

Good: Staffs at counter are generally friendly and smiley. Location is great as it's very close to Airport MRT & some of the tourist attraction. 7-11 just a few blocks away. Could be improved: bathtub is a bit high & the glassdoor doesn't block the water so be careful stepping in & out from shower.

Great location but facilities can be improved

The location is excellent, just one block from airport MRT, which makes it ideal for quick and easy arrival to the hotel after landing in Taoyuan airport. Plenty of food selections nearby and quick access to Taipei underground walkways. The facilities, however, can be further improved. My greatest disappointment was the bathroom shower and the air conditioning. The water temperature of the bathroom shower fluctuates constantly making it hard to enjoy a nice shower. The room temperature fluctuates between 22'C and 25'C despite being set at 24'C.

The property location is good because it is within walkable distance (15-20min) walk from ximending. The staff is nice also. But the bed bugs on the first night in the hotel is horrible. I stayed at the hotel for a total of three nights. After the first night, when I woke up in the morning, I realised my entire calves and leg is full of raised red bumps from bed bug bites. After I reflected it to the staff when we were back in the hotel, they gave me oinment and changed my room. The second and third night was better because there are no new bites. Appreciate the staff for their quick action. But the existing red bumps were very very itchy even until now - 3 days later. I am unable to sleep abd focus in the day even after oinment. Because they were so so itchy, I could not help but scratch, there are scars left behind too. Would have uploaded photos but am unable to do so via Expedia. Overall, would not visit this hotel again.

MRT台北駅から近くて良かったのですが、マッサージ店や飲食店が周りには少なかったです。部屋は普通でしたが、シャワーにするやり方が最初わかりづらい事と、冬には掛け布団が少し薄いかなと思いました。 チェックインも簡単でした。スタッフの人もやってくれるのですぐに終わりました。 迪化街や夜市、カルフール からも徒歩圏内なので便利でした。 また宿泊しても良いかなと思ってます。

日本語の出来るスタッフさんがいて、事前に荷物を預ける事も、チェックインも何も問題ありませんでした。 チェックアウト後も荷物預かってもらえて助かりました。 他の方も言ってる通り壁が薄く、音はかなり響きました。 あと、トイレットペーパーは流せないので注意が必要です。 でも、部屋は写真通り綺麗でスーツケースも余裕で広げられますし、寝転がっても肩まで浸かれる深く長い浴槽もあって、北門駅・台北駅どちらも使えて便利でいいホテルです。 次回もまた利用しようと思っています。

地理位置不錯，服務態度差

整體不錯。前台服務人員的態度可以改善，感覺她們不太友善。 馬桶容易堵塞，前台服務人員還說是因為我丟紙巾進去。當場傻眼，用過的紙巾不丟馬桶是怎樣？？丟垃圾桶那廁所不是會很臭嗎？ 住了八個晚上，最後要求晚一點退房，直接被拒絕，有點無語。
