"My wife and I had a great time together during our two day stay. We enjoyed the lovely outdoors lounge area preparing for our day at the”Universal City Walk,” which was conveniently, located minutes by hotel shuttle. The room with the very comfy bed was well appointed and clean. One evening, we stayed out a little too late attending a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We had developed a bit of an appetite, so we inquired with the front desk guest attendant about options. Sam was quick to help us out, he really went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and did so with a GREAT attitude and a smile. Thank you so very much Sam. Your demeanor took our stay to another level!"

"We had a great stay at the Ramada. All staff we had contact with were great and friendly! The pool was great and we used it a lot. The room was big . Only downfall was as the water pressure could have been better /stronger. Lots of room to park . We had one night where the family above us sounded like they going to come through the floor/ ceiling and it was almost midnight. We to the front desk they sent security up and immediately addressed the issue. We were able to travel every where we wanted to within reasonable time (Hollywood sign, Griffith, beach, etc. had food options within a few miles also. We plan to visit LA again in a year or two and would stay here again . "
