Beautiful hotel
This is a lovely hotel, particularly the common areas - lobby, pool, etc. A colleague and I stayed here and we each had our own room. Both rooms were on the small side with minimal storage space for clothes or counter space in the bathroom. We were just here for two nights so it was fine. The only disappointment was that the onsite restaurants were not open. Prior to our arrival we received a welcome email describing the restaurants and the hours of operation. We were pleased that we wouldn't have to venture far for meals. However, the restaurants (Mes Amis, The Terrace, Bar Lis) were closed during our stay. In-room dining is available so we did that just once. The meals arrive in to-go packaging and neither of our rooms had a table/chairs so we ended up eating on the bed. There is a great Italian restaurant two doors down that the front desk staff suggested. Every staff member that we interacted with was very pleasant and professional! The property is well-decorated, comfortable, and clean.

Beautiful hotel needing attention to detail
Mostly a good location for Hollywood/West Hollywood. Second time staying here and there always seems to be items broken in the room. This time it was the refrigerator cabinet door which would not shut so refrigerator door was always open. Last time the light fixture was broken and parts missing. Not happy that my reservation said “coffee/tea” in the room but it did not have it. The reception said they removed them from all rooms from suites. Would be okay but free coffee in lobby is not available until 7:00 am and everything near hotel is closed.
