Nästa gäst kom o knackade på dörren redan 10.20 trots att det inte var incheckning förrän 15.00! Han hade dessutom koden till nyckeln trots att vi fortfarande disponerade rummet! Säkerhetsrisk! Om vi hängt in nyckeln kunde han tagit allt vi hade med oss. Kan ju inte vara rimligt att nästa kund ska kunna komma åt nyckeln medan vi disponerar rummet!?"
