"We booked Castello Dal Pozzo as a special treat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary.
The whole estate is just stunning, and the team was so welcoming. They gave us a lovely upgrade for our anniversary and were so accommodating for my coeliac disease.
The pool was incredible!
As were the views and, of course, the wine room! We would recommend taking part in a wine tasting ♥️🍷

You could enjoy the good view, but you have no place to sit - all the tables outside are used by restaurant.

hotel set just back from the main promenade in Stresa. Beautiful gardens and a really well kept and well run hotel. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool area is secluded and very well managed. Our room was perfect, with a large terrace that had views of the lake and was bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Perfect!"

"The property and the hotel were absolutely lovely. The staff was wonderful and the rooms comfortable and clean. The pool and the spa were also great. One drawback is that I did not like the fact that it was hard to walk from the hotel into the town. There was no sidewalk and so I felt a bit hemmed in. The hotel did a wonderful job, however, providing transportation to the Borromean Islands and there was a shuttle into the town of Stresa. "

"Absolutely amazing grounds and hotel overall. Very modern and clean. Pool and Spa area was a highlight. Really recommend if you in the area. Only thing we didn’t enjoy much was a restaurant, 7 course menu was just ok…for €80 per person. We were very tired to look around the for place to eat. Still hotel is beautiful "
