The property was amazing! We had a great stay, the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast was amazing! Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear that the rooms I was booking were not in the castle itself! And it was a little disappointing that the bars and restaurants don’t have a view of the lake! But we would definitely come back, and also spend more time in the lovely village of Arona!

I left behind a valuable watch. I called and they found the watch and shipped it home to Miami. Very courteous friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Hotel was in a classic Manor House as advertised, next to an even grander family castle (to which we were offered a tour). We would pisition it has having four stars until the spa and pool area are completed. The restaurant service was personalised and excellent, making up for the overly bright lighting which slightly diluted what would otherwise have been a romantic ambience.
