Amazing Stay
Small for room place along the river. Stayed in the old Thai style house, was amazing. The room was very clean, the service was amazing and really enjoyed breakfast. Will definitely being staying here again.

Stayed two nights. It’s a wonderful place to spend time. The room was great, the cat friendly but not loyal to me, the outdoor breakfasts good and the general ambiance excellent. Getting tuk tuk and organising tours we did through the hotel and they were very efficient. Very much enjoyed the stay!

This hotel is more like a private living in a house. We were exellently recieved by the staff and very well taken care of during our stay. The room was beautiful and large. We were recommended to take a scenic 2 hour boat tour leaving directly from the residence which we realy enjoyed. We will definitely stay at Phuttal Residenve during our next visit to Ayutthaya!

Property is situated on the water a short Tuk-Tuk ride from the tourist sites of Ayutthaya. Acting as a concierge, Duke was key to making the most out of our stay. Almost instantly responsive on WhatsApp he organized the essential Tuk-Tuk rides and provided excellent advice.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a few days in ayuthhaya. This place is unique and beautiful. We arrived in early am hours and we arranged with the owner to leave a key for us. The housekeeper Bet was amazing and made sure our room was cleaned and made us a great Thai breakfast every morning. If you want an authentic Thai experience I suggest you stay here. 10/10

This place is a gem within the old town. Very comfortable quiet room overlooking the river, we had a big Thai breakfast and used the free bicycles to tour the city. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and would definitely return for future travels. Of note, after booking the suite, a comprehensive message was sent explaining the various tours, the residence services offered. I thought this was a very nice personal touch from the owner. Thanks for the memories.

Home-style accommodations on the river
The Phuttal Residence is located on a beautiful river/canal. We stayed in the family apartment, though there were just the two of us. The furniture and accommodations were nothing fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent. Even though we had a kitchen, we did not cook. Please note that you will need to order a taxi to find a restaurant. It is about a 10 minute drive to center of Ayutthaya.

Nous avons ete recu avec un verre de rafraîchissement et de petits gâteaux. On nous a ensuite explique ce que l on pouvait faire le soir. Nous devions repartir en bus le lendemain l hote nous a commandé le tuk tuk pour le matin et préparer le petit dejeuner avant. Immer wieder gerne hier. Superfreundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Jedes Zimmer bisher sauber, groß, geräumig und mit jeglichem Komfort. Das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, ein unglaubliches Grundstück direkt am Fluss. Ich werde immer wieder gerne kommen. Pluspunkt: der kostenlose Fahrradservice, um direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeit kommen zu können.

1. 房間非常大，有客餐廳、主臥、次臥、小廚房，可以睡6人沒問題 2. 早餐非常美味豐盛，也能配合客人早點供餐，服務我們的小姐都很客氣友善，用餐區在戶外，可以一邊欣賞旁邊美麗的河景 3. 整個園區的住宿環境算是相當漂亮，位於一個私人的住宅區域，地理位置也不錯，離涅槃寺很近 4. 清潔沒有做好，入住時就發現餐廳地板和桌椅都黏黏的(感覺像是飲料打翻)，天色已晚又累，不想再請人來清潔，只好自己拿布擦過一遍 5. 房間內蚊子非常非常地多，幸好我們將其中一間臥室的蚊子打死後，全家都集中睡那間，門也再也不敢輕易打開。醒著的時候，在屋內的其他空間都一直被蚊子騷擾，住了2晚起碼打死超過15隻蚊子… 6. 位於房內最內側的主臥，床的彈簧明顯壞了，上下床都發出很吵的聲音，應該要更換
