Excellent hotel for a stay in Madrid. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and service is great. When I booked this hotel I was just interested in the location. But, after my stay, I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone.

Big hotel in central part of city - easy to walk to most tourist destinations. Close to restaurants. Huge breakfast buffet (but we saw one server wipe bottom of his shoe with rag, then use same rag to clean table - that kind of grossed us out).
